One of our School District clients in Baltimore, MD is seeking multiple Special Education Aides (1:1) to provide services within their School Systems for the 2026-2027 school year. CLIENT'S HOURS * Long Term Independent Contract Schedules available * Immediate Start for the School year 2026-2027* Competitive Compensation - $18/hr (Based on Experience) SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Ensure student remains on task academically * Ensure student progresses according to their IEP and BIP * Assist student(s) with class transition during the school day * Provide verbal cues and physical de-escalation tools when student is in crisis * Support teaching staff when assistance is requested CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent DTG ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health * Compensation processed weekly * Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule * Ability to grow professionally * Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
