About the Clinician's WorkdayThe neurosurgeon will provide 24-hour call coverage for inpatient neurological surgery services on an on-site basis, with coverage required every weekend. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all designated coverage periods. A practice of 6 neurosurgeons is in place to support coordinated patient care delivery across all assigned periods. Board certification in neurological surgery is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
