The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong agricultural knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of productivity and stewardship. The owners are NOT looking for someone to run the property like an estate.

Very minimal travel required.

  • Keep track of any periodic maintenance needed on the property (ensuring contracts, permits and codes are up to date).
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Purchase supplies and maintain inventory of equipment. (Ex. tools, seeds, fuel, etc)
  • Maintain material piles (bricks, backfill, wind rose, compost).
  • Prep quotes for owners’ approval prior to green lighting projects.
  • Maintain organized record keeping when managing expenses and invoicing.
