Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembly & Wiring Technician to verify wiring against schematics, perform PCB soldering, perform and test PCB modifications, fabricate wire and test harnesses, and assemble prototype and production units. The role requires precision workmanship.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, block wiring diagrams (BWDs), and mechanical assembly drawings.
• Perform point-to-point wiring verification, continuity checks, and inspection of connections, pinouts, and polarity.
• Build, modify, and verify wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Perform through-hole and surface-mount PCB soldering, rework, and approved modifications, with or without a microscope.
• Assemble prototypes and electromechanical units using drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, crimpers, and multimeters; document and report technical discrepancies.
• Follow quality, workmanship, safety, and ESD procedures.

• Ability to interpret schematics, BWDs, and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on soldering experience, crimping and familiarity with electronic components
• Proficiency with basic assembly and wiring tools.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

• Experience in prototype assembly, wire harness fabrication, PCB rework
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 (certification preferred, not required)
